Q: What type of payment methods do you accept?
A: Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Use our secure online ordering system and your order will be processed instantly.
Q: How will the charge show up on my credit card?
A: The charge will appear on your credit card as: "YC Cable"
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: We charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped within New Jersey. Sales tax is automatically computed on both product(s) and shipping costs.
Q: How can I get a copy of my invoice and check the status of my order?
A: A copy of your invoice will be emailed to you once an order has been placed. A copy of your receipt will also be enclosed when we ship the order to you.
You may also log into our website at Grandmax.com and click on My Account to view your order status.
Q: What address should I enter in the billing information?
A: For credit card verification, you must enter the bill to address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
Q: What if I want to ship my product to a different address?
A: Once payment has been entered, you will be directed to the Order Confirmation page where you will be able to edit your shipping information. Once you have reviewed that all information entered is correct; you can then hit the Confirm Order button to submit the order for processing.
Q: Why is my credit card not going through?
A: There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or a credit card computer, either on our end or your banks end, may have encountered a machine error. If you do have problems, you can contact Customer Service from 9am-5pm EST and place your order by phone.

Q: What should I do if the item that I want to order is out of stock?
