What type of payment methods do you accept?

How will the charge show up on my credit card?
The charge will appear on your credit card as: "CABLEGAL"
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped within New Jersey. Sales tax is automatically computed on both product(s) and shipping costs.
How can I get a copy of my invoice and check the status of my order?
A copy of your invoice will be emailed to you once an order has been placed. A copy of your receipt will also be enclosed when we ship the order to you.

You may also log into our website at CABLEGAL.COM and click on My Account to view your order status.
What address should I enter in the billing information?
For credit card verification, you must enter the bill to address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
What if I want to ship my product to a different address?
Once payment has been entered, you will be directed to the Order Confirmation page where you will be able to edit your shipping information. Once you have reviewed that all information entered is correct; you can then hit the Confirm Order button to submit the order for processing.
Why is my credit card not going through?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or a credit card computer, either on our end or your banks end, may have encountered a machine error. If you do have problems, you please email SERVICE@CABLEGAL.COM.

What should I do if the item that I want to order is out of stock?
Please contact us at SERVICE@CABLEGAL.NET and tell us what you want to order. We will send a notice to you once the stock is available.

How do I return a product?
To return an item, please email RETURNS@CABLEGAL.COM for shipping instructions.

Please enclose a copy of your order or your packing slip and your RMA form in the box along with the items you wish to return. Your RMA number is your order number.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders under the following conditions.

•Government agencies, universities, hospitals and other public institutions are free to submit purchases orders without any credit review.

•Companies and Corporations must submit a credit application.

•There is a $100 minimum for all purchase orders

How can I get a quote?
To build a quote, place all the items you want quoted in your shopping cart. In the shopping cart click the "quote" button. Fill out your personal information and click continue. The website will automatically send an email to the address provided. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
How do I track my order?
To track your order you can login into your account by click "My Account" on the homepage and click order history. Or you can click "Tracking" on the homepage and enter your email address and order number.
