GRANDMAX provides this website and related sites (the "Site"), products, systems, and services as a service to our customers when you buy our products, or use our services including mobile applications that we provide (the "Services"). Your use of the Services is subject to the following conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). By using the Site and Services, you hereby acknowledge that you have read them carefully and agree to these conditions. Please note that we update our Terms and Conditions from time to time, so please review them before using the Site or Services. By continuing to use the Site and Services and purchasing products from us, you agree to these periodic updates.



GRANDMAX accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card is charged only at the time of the actual shipment of item(s). However, there might be a temporary hold on the funds until the time of actual shipment. If paying by Debit or Check Card, the funds are authorized as soon as the order is placed, which may affect the availability of funds in the account. Please provide the correct billing information for the card being used. Billing information includes name, address and phone number of the card owner as recorded by the bank or card issuer. If using a shipping address that is different than the billing address, please provide a phone number for the shipping address.


Checks / COD

We do not accept Checks or COD orders.


Order Verification

Some orders might be subject to our verification procedure before we can process it. For your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that the order and the ship-to information are valid. If your order requires verification, you will be notified by email within one business day.


Sales Tax

Local sales tax applies to orders being delivered in New Jersey. We do not accept resale or tax-exempt status on online orders. If you wish to apply a tax exempt form to your order, please place your order to CUSTOMERSERVICE@GRANDMAX.COM
International orders are subject to tax, duty and import fees. See International Orders.



Return Policy: For the first 14 days of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a refund with a 15% fee, excluding any shipping charges. An RMA number is required to return an item, simply email CUSTOMERSERVICE@GRANDMAX.COM to request a return. All returns must meet our guidelines. 

Return freight is the responsibility of the customer, excluding defective products or GRANDMAX errors. Securely package the product and include the filled out Return Merchandise form and a copy of the original invoice. 

Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. 

Returned product must be clean, undamaged, and complete with all documents (if any) and packaging. The items must be in a re-sellable condition free of any non-removable labels, or writing on the product or product packaging. The product must also have with it upon return to us a copy of the completely filled out RMA form. Products that are received by us that do not meet these conditions will be subject to extra handling charges and/or will not be processed as returns. All items must be returned in a "re-sellable" condition. "Re-sellable" condition is solely determined by GRANDMAX

Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable. 

Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed. 

Important Note for international customers: Please mark the item as "VENDOR RETURN" to avoid duties and customs.



Defective Products: Within 90 days all defective products can be returned. GRANDMAX will pay for the return of the product. We will either refund your money or replace the item at the customer's discretion.


Lead Times

GRANDMAX In-stock orders will usually be shipped the same day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays), if the order is placed by 3 PM, EST. Please note orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays). Out-of-stock or custom items may require a lead time between 2 to 45 days. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.


Shipping Destinations

GRANDMAX ships throughout the U.S. and Canada. Extra charges will be added to areas other than the lower 48 continental states.


Delivery Requirements

USPS and UPS will be used to deliver shipments. Other shipping options are available is the check out window. 
Risk of loss and title to your purchases pass to you upon delivery to our shipper. GRANDMAX will not be held liable for damages caused by untimely delivery of ordered items for any reason. For all urgent orders, the customer assumes all of the risks, regarding the timely delivery of the product(s). 
Damages for untimely delivery of the product(s) will be limited to the remedies and/or warranties offered by the carrier (United Parcel Service, or other).


Shipping Discrepancies

It is your responsibility to confirm that you received all of the items as indicated on your packing slip. Failure to report shipping discrepancies within five days prevents us from accurately problem-solving the issue, and variances reported after five days will not be credited regardless of circumstances.


International (CANADA)

International tax and duty: International shipments are subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches their country, in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. GRANDMAX has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. 
Due to high International shipping costs and taxes and duty fees, we cannot ship any order that includes back ordered items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or change these items. 
If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping to Canada

GRANDMAX offers USPS shipping to Canada. By using our service and prepaying all Canadian VAT and duties we are able to expedite your order through customs. 
Not all products on our site allow you to choose this option. If the product you purchase doesn’t offer this prepaid option you will be responsible for all customs fees and import taxes. 
All international shipments require a signature upon delivery. An additional return shipping charge will be assessed for orders that are refused.

APO/FPO 2-4 weeks plus 1 day processing time.
